Can't Register Premier Account

I have not been able to register and setup a Premier account for almost 1 Year. AT&T customer support has been no help. I elected to not have a paper bill snail-mailed to me about 2 years ago while I was able to manage my account online before Premier.

 

Now I get no paper bill, cannot manage my account online and cannot add a MicroCell to my account.

 

No AT&T tech support rep can help me. At first they all say they can fix this but never can. AT&T is a horrible mess.

 

I guess the easyiest tway to fix this is to go to Verizon!

I cannot register at att.com my phone is going to be disconnected anyday, please help my # is {edited} name on acct is {edited}

I have been trying to register my account all week so I can order an upgraded phone. I called support on wed. thurs. amd Fri. still waiting for an email to reset myh password. I will not wait a year. I will pull the whole company account to someone that will give me support.

I need to set up my business account online but when I try, the premier website tells me to contact my company's administrator. I am the administrator, since I own my own business!!!! What do I need to do to get this set up?
