Can't Register Premier Account
I have not been able to register and setup a Premier account for almost 1 Year. AT&T customer support has been no help. I elected to not have a paper bill snail-mailed to me about 2 years ago while I was able to manage my account online before Premier.
Now I get no paper bill, cannot manage my account online and cannot add a MicroCell to my account.
No AT&T tech support rep can help me. At first they all say they can fix this but never can. AT&T is a horrible mess.
I guess the easyiest tway to fix this is to go to Verizon!
