FAN and FAN PIN

We recently setup an account for our business with AT&T but never received the email with our FAN or the FAN PIN for the account. Customer service is unable to send the email and when we try to change the FAN PIN through chat, it requires the account number.

Is there an easier way to resolve this or to have the email sent?

I have the same issue and no one seems to be able to help. Definitely not a great experience so far. having said that, does anyone know who to escalate this issue to?
