I never received my welcome email that included my FAN PIN needed to register for my online services. How do I get my FAN PIN?

@ATTBusinessForums Please HELP I have not had any luck with registering my online account because of this FAN PIN number that I've had reset about 4 times already & each time it's only resetting the pin i need when I call customer care, not the FAN PIN. This has been the most frustrating and exhausting ordeal I have ever experienced to just register my online account.
