Flex Reach IP -at&t premier account problems
I was provided a login for premier so I can manage my IP Flexreach service. The account was not accessed within the 90 day window of setup. I went through the steps to recover my username and password which worked. However when I try to login I can't access my account I just get an expired password error.
I pay nearly $900/month for this service and after a dozen phone calls I still can't get anyone on the phone who can actually help me at all. I don't understand why its so difficult. I have a valid login and it will allow me to reset the password but still the credentials don't work. The premier support staff doesn't know anything besides wireless accounts and then I just get transferred around in circles until I give up every time I call.
