How to create a new account with BusinessDirect Premier
I would rather resolve this over customer service chat or direct emailing, but I cannot find a contact and cannot sign into the online chat service without using an AT&T phone line.
My company has a BusinessDirect account and we would like to simply purchase a wifi hotspot for a new employee. However, we are unable to use the phone number we previously associated with our division. How can we register a new account with the same company without a phone line? We don't need phone service, but I can't seem to find how to register without starting with a phone number. If we need to have a phone number, how can we acquire one?
