How To Manage International Features

If you or your employees are travelling internationally, managing your international features is easy to do in AT&T Premier:

  1. First, you’ll want to be sure that your international features are enabled in your product preferences.
  2. From the taskbar on the AT&T Premier home page, enter the wireless number you want to make changes to and select “I want to: Change Features.”
  3. If you’re prompted for an employee group, you’ll want to select a group with the international features enabled in product preferences.
  4. Click “Continue” to move past the Data Add-On Plan and on to “Features & Applications.”
  5. Scroll through the page to check out all your available options for international features, such as International Passport or Bundled Recurring features.
  6. Select the feature you want to add and click on the calendar icon that appears to select the start date.
  7. You can select a start date prior to the current date, as long as it falls on or after the current bill cycle start date, or you can select a future date for an upcoming trip.
  8. Click “Continue.”
  9. Verify your changes and select “Submit.”
  10. You will receive an email confirmation of the status change.
