I need to set up a point of service for a new business.
I spent well over 3 and a half hours on the phone today trying to get a point of service appointment set up for a new business being built. Essentially, we need a technician to come out and tell our contractor where the lines need to be run to bring service to our building. This same request to the electric company and to Suddenlink took 5 minutes each. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I talked to over 8 customer service representatives and could quote your automated phone options from memory. When I would tell the "computer" what I needed, the response was that it was not a request they recognized. I got over 6 separate phone numbers for the engineering department who could "most assuredly" help me. But, Nope! I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I was transferred to "new service". Please contact me to let me know who can set up that appointment for me.
