New postpaid IRU account created with IBM FAN number but unable to register in AT&T premier
I have activated a new postpaid account (transferring from prepaid yesterday) as an IRU account with the IBM FAN number.
Now, I have also enrolled to AT&T premier through the below link and got the email that my enrollment is complete. I also have the SHOP button in that email, upon clicking it takes me to a page where I need to select one of the account groups. But then, that doesn't take me to the AT&T premier online store.

So, I tried self registering my email and wireless number in AT&T premier website, but that wouldn't allow me. It gives me an error that "The wireless number you entered is not eligible for Premier registration".
I already went through a great deal to even get this postpaid account created in the first place since my wireless number was cross market PAC line.
Now, after getting all done, I am still stuck registering my account to premier, to purchase new devices and service with discount.
Could someone help me here?
