Phone numbers missing in account manager
I signed up for my premier account last week and have been able to successfully login to the account manager. (Nothing shows since I hadn't ported numbers yet.)
The order I did with the rep last week arrived today and all lines have been activated and numbers ported successfully, however none of the numbers are showing up in my account online. Was told this should be fairly immediate and this was early this morning. Over 12 hours later and they are still missing.

This has now been self resolved!! -- When I first signed up, the rep told me to use the IRU account number as well as the CRU account number and they would be tied together...didn't happen....SO for anyone else having this issue, to fix this, go into the Premier account and create a new profile totally using just the CRU number and NOT the IRU. Once you do this, then you log back into premier and everything is there and set the way it should be.
