Please help ed a PTR set up for my fixed IP

I purchased a block of 5 fixed IP addresses from AT&T.  I need 1 of those adresses set up with a PTR record for my DNS.

How do I proceed with this?

Hello! I still can't start my SMTP mail server.

In your network practices page https://about.att.com/sites/broadband/network

Port 25/TCP may be blocked from customers with dynamically-assigned Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to protect systems from becoming a mail relay for SPAM.

But I have paid for static ip addresses, In addition, I received the correct PTR record.  so can this port be unblock for me ?

Do you get a bounce back email?  Usually, there is an email address that is referenced to email the error.

Incoming letters are received because port 25 is blocked only as outgoing.

Did you get a bounce back when sending?

My emails remain in the queue for sending with the comment: "25: Connection timed out".

If I set up third-party Relay SMTP (mailjet) - everything works without problems!
