polishing cloth missing from blackberry torch 9810

Polishing cloth was not in my package. I called to have the polishing cloth sent and to my dismay, they requested I send BACK the Blackberry after i have spent time setting it up so they can send me a new phone with the polishing cloth...Seriously? At & T needs a better policy. I worked for another major carrier in the past and for things like phone covers, polishing cloths we would verify warranty and send to them. AT&T business customers dont have time for that considering it was your bad from the start. Thanks
