I have been trying to get help managing our call forwarding on our business voiceover IP account and can not for the life of me find someone to help me. I constantly get shuffled around from person to person and no one can help. How do I get someone to help me figure this out? I enabled selective call forwarding and instead of forwarding only the line I want to forward, it forwards all four lines at the office. Also the intercept announcement doesn't allow the caller to be directed to the appropriate number when 0 is dialed. How can I get someone to help me troubleshoot.?
