Premier Website Orders - Circle (Edited per community guidelines) between Premier & myATT
When I try to upgrade or purchase from the premier website, everything looks find. Then I get an email shortly after stating there is more action requrired. When I call the number, I am told I need to accept the terms and conditions at att/tc. When I try to locate my order it cannot find it. Then the representative cancels the order and places the order themselves. Is anyone else having this issue? This is the third time and I am tired of having to call in. The whole purpose of the online login is to not have to spend an hour on the phone. I cannot set up a myATT for my business as indicated because it says my account is locked. When I called on that I was transferred multiple times. This never was an issue before. Is anyone else experiencing the same mess?
