Premier

New business wireless customer here. Our order was placed last week, phones came a few days ago. I have our FAN pin and account number. It’s not allowing me to register for the Premier site. I talked to customer service, she couldn’t figure it out and rudely told me it wouldn’t be available until after the first bill and I didn’t need access right now anyway. I don’t believe that’s the case. Can someone help?

After hours on the phone, multiple tickets, our account rep trying to help by spending hours on the phone himself, I STILL have NO access to our account online. I'm told we are supposed to be on Premier, I keep getting emails that say I need to register on My AT&T. Nothing for the wireless account even shows up on My AT&T site. Our first bill is due in a week and I can't view it, but they told me I can just call and pay it. Why is this an issue?
