I have been trying to log into my Business Premier Account all morning.  I keep getting redirected to the "Create Your Unique UserID" subpage.  I've created the UserID and Password 7 times.  I then am directed to a totally useless site which just shows my bill due.

Where is the Premier Business Dashboard I was using the past couple of months.  Verizon has been contacting me about switching my business to them.  I'm on hold with the 5th person this morning trying to get this resolved.  I see a large number are having similar issues with Premier.

It gets fixed today or I'm taking all of my business phones to the AT&T store, cancelling, and going elsewhere.
