Still do not have 2018 w-2

i've followed all the instructions for access.att.com for a retiree to get his w-2.  The only doc under tax forms is 1095-c.  Please someone please get me my w-2.

there is nobody in these forums that can get you your w2 were all customers here this isnt at&t nor HR, im not sure why HR onestop isnt able to assist thats their job, these canned responses are coming from social media managers and are giving you the only options that they know of. are you still able to login to att at home website?
