Switch my Businesses account to a personal account

Me & my wife have a account wit AT&T. We were told that setting up a business account would be cheaper than setting up a personal account. But it’s not!! At the beginning we were told that her bill would only be $70 a month wit auto pay but when we got the first bill it was like $150. Now she has added me to the account & the bill went up to over $200. Not sure why but it did!! The bill is way too high & we are having trouble paying the bill. We were approved for the acp program but can’t use it on the business account. So We would love to switch to switch to a personal/family account to try to make our bill affordable but I can’t figure out how to do it. I’ve tried calling 611 to do it but the lady said that I had to do on line!! She was not very helpful at all!! Could you please help me or at least point me in the right direction!!??
