Transfer a family plan from another provider?

Why is it not possible to transfer an additional 3 line family plan to my premier account and keep my existing numbers.  No where in the process does it allow me to specify my existing numbers that I want to port over from another service provider.  Am I missing something here?

 

On the non-premier site, I can do that, but now that my account is linked to premier I can't do it.

Hi,

I have similar issue.  I am trying to create a new account from the Premier webpage.  After I couldn't figure out how to specify the number to port after the first line, I tried chat.  After a lengthy dialogue the chat ended unsuccessfully with the agent having reproduced my experience.  She referred me to the Premier Support at 1-866-499-8008 line.  A call there got me referred to regular sales who could not repeat the offers on the web page and would require me to do additional work to migrate back to the Premier discount.

 

What to do; I really want to migrate from Sprint, but y'all aint making it easy!
