Unable to change one user's caller ID!!

We have one Premier user who still shows the former phone number owner's name when he places a call. We made all the user changes recommended by support within the Premier Business page but that has not worked. Can anyone guide us on WHY the old owner's name would still be showing?

Hi @SharkEye2, we understand your concern about display of caller ID, and we wish to get this sorted. Please follow the below instructions:

 

Change your display name for Caller ID
Update the name that displays on Caller ID for each mobile number on your wireless account.
Update your display names

 

    Go to your myAT&T Profile and select People & permissions.
    Select Show details for the number you want to update on Caller ID.
    Choose Edit for Caller ID.
    Enter the info and select Save.

 

Good to know

 

    You may have to sign out and sign back in to see the new name displayed online.
    The Caller ID name displays on phones that have Caller ID. It doesn’t override a name saved in a wireless device.
    It can take up to 72 business hours for caller IDs to show an updated Caller ID name.
    People may need to clear your number from their Caller ID record for your new name to appear.
    Some home phone service providers may not offer Caller ID or get regular updates to their Caller ID info.
    For AT&T PREPAIDSM, the Caller ID name says Wireless Caller.

I'm logged into the company's ATT Business Care web site so I don't see People & Permissions.  
At the top of my screen, after login, I can search for the phone number having the caller id issue.

I pull it up and it shows the correct person in the NAME field.

I do not see a Caller ID field.

The iPhone 11 Pro has been restarted on the assumption that would download the correct name, but it didn't.
