What’s “FAN PIN”?
I’m attempting to login into premier but I’m being asked to provide a FAN PIN. I’ve never set up a FAN PIN. How do I obtain this information?

I've been working with AT&T through many avenues to obtain the FAN PIN number to log on to my redirected Business Premier account to the new, myAT&T site.
.....and no one I have encountered @ AT&T knows anything about the FAN PIN number.

I also don't understand why AT&T is asking me for FAN PIN when being forced to register on their new business website. That FAN PIN was supposedly emailed to me when I've setup my account 10 years ago...
I don't even care about registering on the new site anymore, but would like the name of the person at AT&T who came up with the idea to ask customers for 10 year old PIN that they haven't chosen, and without a way to immediately retrieve it!
And which age is AT&T still dwelling in when all modern websites are created with usability in mind, not with making users register yet on another website (this forum) just to post their frustration after an hour trying to figure out what kind of PIN they are expected to remember.

That's not the FAN PIN that AT& now requires, after requiring all Premier customers to register on a new AT&T business website, which then forces them to register on this website just to discuss a FAN PIN that they have no way of remembering from 10 years ago.
Of course I will try calling AT&T in the morning, but I'm online right now when AT&T doesn't answer phones.

Hello tuttifruitti,
Thank you for your post and participation within the Business Community. It looks like you are having trouble with the Fan Pin, I can certainly help you with this. Please call 611 from your wireless device. Please advise the automated system that you want to make a payment (even though you are not making a payment). The automated system will then ask you for the temp PIN, since this is not known it will ask you to press 1 to send you one via text.
Once you receive it via text the automated system will ask you to press 1 again to enter the temp PIN you just received via text. Once the temp PIN is entered it is going to ask you to create 5-6 digit PIN. Once it is confirmed via the automated system you can hang up. Please let me know if that works.
Thank you,
Kathy V.

Hi, I'm Enrico. I got the same problem. I just went through the procedure you suggested. The procedure is ok but it did not solve my issue. Either I insert my phone number or account number and the FAN PIN code just created the page show an error:

Hi
I'm on the same problem. I just got two new lines added to my original account that have 4 lines. The girl on the store and the manager couldn't figure it out how to get the fan pin. I was told to try next week as the "system" was to busy because of the launch of the new iPhone.
Can you please assist me on getting it so I can log in into the new att my business site.
Thanks.
Send me the link to send you my info.
Thank you once again.
