Will AT&T Business Fiber work with a customer's Voip Shoretel 230 Phone System?
Hi Team,
I am an AT&T Business Fiber Seller and I have had an install get re-scheduled for a business customer, because the local AT&T Tech said, our fiber optics will not work with their Shoretel Phone System? I have been in Telecom for several years and I know that Shoretel phones work will with either Coax or Fiber internet products, don't know why the tech is saying this. Can someone please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it.
