AT&T Firstnet Netgear does not work!

I subscribed to Firstnet Netgear in May. I had AT&T hard wire internet which I had no issues with. I was told that Netgear would work as well as the hard wire. Netgear advertises you can use over 30 devices. I used 3 devices at the same time. I had a family emergency with my elderly father right after I subscribed to NetGear. I still had my hard wire service at the same time until I could activate Netgear due to time constraints with family illness. When I did activate it, I disconnected my hard wire with AT&T. Netgear started out working ok, but then became slow and would not connect to multiple devices and would not connect to some whatsoever. I called tech support to get help on two different occasions. They performed a device check and couldn’t find an issue. I need a reliable internet service for my work, but I did not have that with Netgear. I finally called to cancel and they told me I would owe them over $280 for the device which I didn’t understand when this device and service does not work properly. I’ve spoke to the local AT&T store where I subscribed and was told to contact the Loyalty program. I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. The Loyalty program representatives would not consider forgiving the device charge in spite of the device/internet not working properly. I even asked them to verify what I was saying about when I started using and how much I used. They verified what I explained. They still would not consider letting me return the device and refunding my money. I am extremely disappointed in the unwillingness to work with their customers. First Responders beware!
