ATT -- do NOT "join": FIRSTNET for free! Its a LIE!!

AT and T sells the First Net account to you … I was also told it would cost NOTHING -- would save me $10 a month -- and get $300 off the phone I was purchasing -- fast forward 2 months -- I now apparently "owe: first net $209 dollars for an account I will never use … It was sold to me on the premise it would lower my bill and cost NOTHING !! Total lie …I told first net I want to cancel and was told I would need to cover another $700 to pay for the phone in its entirety!!!

I am not paying the bill....I have never not used the number ….there are apparently monthly plans to pick for firstnet … NOPE...


wasn't asked about that … just put into the most expensive one!!!

and now in discussions with ATT -- have been with them for over 20 years -- 6 different phone lines … and I am done!!
This is the third time AT & T has lied to us just to make the sale!! ( first saying you wont have to pay the $40 "reconnect fee" when buying a new phone … lie!! Being told this is the same as your grandfather clause and will cost less … LIE!! ) its actually crazy!! and sad!!)

have already made reviews on YELP and filed a claim with BBB -- I will continue to warn others so they don't get stuck in the same position --

I HIGHLY recommend to get everything in writing … and RECORD the conversation where you are told it will cost you NOTHING!! The manger and employee that helped us ( Camarillo store---manager Salim and rep Adriel) I have also asked this be addressed with them, ….

be SMART …. as long as you have been with ATT -- will all the sales and discounts out there .. .is it truly still worth it???
