I am experiencing the SAME issue. I went to an AT&T store in the mall to purchase a charger. A representative asked me if I would like to lower my monthly bill by joining First Net. He takes my information and says my jobs fits the "category" for first responder....so I was approved (I thought) and received an Apple Watch out of the deal. No big deal right (so I thought). About two months later I get an email saying I need to resubmit the same documents initially provided. My first thought is that it was a scam so I ignored it. After the second request I comply , send my info and then they say I do not qualify. All of this occurred a few days b4 my vacation. So I go back to the store in an effort to get this straight. The store rep says I need to call AT&T. I call AT&T and they say I need to go back to the store. Is your head spinning yet.....this goes into my birthday and guess what....my service is suspended around my birthday and I am not able to get message from anyone that had an Android. There are more things that happen up to this date but the icing on the cake is I now get a bill for over $900.00 because "I" cancelled the service.
First Net is a TOTAL rip off and the At&T reps that try to convince you to get the service are CROOKS!!!!
