First Net in-home consultation SCAM

I signed up for First Net in June. The rep for First Net actually came to my house and signed me up for First Net and also signed my wife up for AT&T. We had several interactions beforehand explaining the buy one get one free for the Iphone XR. When he came to our house everything was easy. He explained that the phones were on the BOGO deal as he called it. He also told us he would waive the 30 dollar activation fees for both lines. He said that the BOGO would take place in two to three billing cycles. Well the BOGO never happened and the waived activation fees never happened. It's been 5 billing cycles and two phone calls with customer service. Customer service advised that there is nothing they can do. They said that I was never signed up for the BOGO deal but instead was signed up for the Buy one get one half. I explained to them that I had emails and texts from the First NET rep in reference to me signing up for the BOGO. I've tried to reach the representative by email, text and phone and no responses back. I asked customer service if there was a formal complaint process because I said I had proof that he had told us we would receive the BOGO. They told me that the only thing I could do was write on an open forum and maybe I would get a response back from First Net. Customer service did wind up waiving my first net activation fee but AT&T said that they couldn't fully waive my wife's activation fee but they did give a 10 dollar credit. First Net also transferred me to an AT&T representative because they said their was nothing they could do. The AT&T rep. stated the only thing he could do was to merge my line to ATT&T and they would give me the first responder discount with both phones being half off. This doesn't seem right because he said I would lose my priority with First Net and also loose my unlimited hotspot. This has been extremely irritating mainly because the first net rep that signed us up lied to me and my wife in my living room. I tried to reach out to him respectfully but he has not responded to an email, phone call or text. Don't believe what they tell you about the BOGO unless you have a contract in your hand that states it.
