I was told that I would get the free apple watch if I switched to first net- I did and am being billed 25 dollars/ month for it. Initially the store manager was crediting my account and then he left the store so I was basically told Well, Sorry! Can't help you. I've been with ATT for about 20 years but definitely looking to switch after this debacle.

Im waiting for a rep now to call me back to let me know about my account info and why I never received access to it. I was also being charged for an apple watch that I never activated. So i really hope this rep contacts me back before I file my complaints I am not obligated to pay for anything I didn't agree to. Especially when I was misinformed. And I have a right to see what I'm being charged period.

The rep never contacted me so of course now I need to escalate the situation. I am not paying for what I didn't authorize. I will be filing complaints. I suggest no one use a service they have no access to and that charges them for things they did not authorize. So yes this is a scam
