I just found out I had additional users on my account I don't even know!!! Plus the fraudulent charges. And not one person from First Net even bothered to help me. I had to contact a store!! How are there additional users anyway? Now I understand why no one gave me access to my own account!! Police report is coming now!! I have already files 3 complaints. Biggest regret. First Net does NOT PROTECT YOUR INFO!! THATS WHY MY ACCOHNT HAS BEEN COMPROMISED BY FRAUD!!

I ended up goin to a store and the representative there helped me remove additional users I didn't authorize as well remove a watch account I didn't authorize. Then I had to call First Net and get that account removed. So after all of MY hard work with some help I got this done
