Firstnet is a scam!

I recently switched from verizon to firstnet hearing they take care of first responders. What a mistake that was when I initially signed up they told me I would receive a $200 gift card for switching to there service. I then signed up for a promotion for the samsung 9 where they told me I would only pay 99 cents a month for the phone itself. I received neither. After three months and multiple complaints they sent me a $200 credit. I then proceeded to ask why I haven't received my discount promotion on my phone. They then told me they can't give me it due to receiving the $200 credit! To say the least I will be posting on my union page for the entire Cleveland police department not to use this service so they are not scammed also by false advertising.

FirstNet is a total scam!!!  and what a slap in the face to first responders! I was told I could switch from my regular ATT account and sign up for first net, get a “free” Apple Watch plus a 4th line and have my payments be slightly less than what I was paying for two lines. I kept asking the manger if the ATT store what the catch was because it seemed too good to be true. He kept assuring me it was real and a way to say thank you for being a first responder. Fast forward 4 months and and a couple visits to the ATT store to try and sort my bill out.. and I’m still being charged way more than I ever have paid. Im so done. I will be going back to cancel this account and switch to something entirely different such as T-Mobile or Verizon.. as well as post on my union page to warn all other nurses I work with to steer clear fromATT. This is so upsetting that I waste my days off from work dealing with this. It’s demoralizing. Thanks for nothing ATT. Crooks.

So per their request I sent the flyer the sales rep gave me to show the offer I was given that was never received. They subsequently closed the chat with no help. Typical ATT.

You left the first net number in your voicemail. I had no success with them.

I sent the info requested along with a scan of the "Deal" flyer your store sales rep provided when he signed me up in a recent chat (that was closed by ATT).
