Negative Collections Charge Appeared on my Credit

I haven’t had an account of any sort with AT&T for over a decade and the account balance at the time was paid in full. I have NEVER had a business account. The only details of the account state that it was opened in January of 2020 and this WAS NOT THE CASE. I have been working to build my credit score and this charge is not warranted! Please advise.
