Why dn't you try just replacing the battery yourself?

As KennyL618 suggested, replacing the battery is an option for your issue.  You can also try using the Switch Application to find out if you have any running programs in the background.  You can find these instructions at the BlackBerry Technical Solution Center:

We would also suggest removing and re-inserting the battery. Once your device reboots, make sure that your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned off as these two applications can contribute greatly to depleting the battery life of your device.
