$500 Visa Gift Card
I was offered a $500 Visa Gift Card for signing up for business internet.
It was installed on July 3. And gift card has still not arrived. Have spoken to three different representatives who ensured me it has been sent. The last phone call took place last week and I was told "card has been mailed." Nada.
And, per the notices on the my account, the gift card expires in 11 days.
Have I been bamboozled? This offer is starting to feel shady.

I spoke to one of your representatives three weeks ago. Allegedly, the problem was that the original card was sent to an incorrect address. I provided my new address and was told the card should arrive within 14 days. It's been three weeks and nothing. So frustrating!

Hello! I received a voice mail message from Lisa regarding my missing $500 Visa Gift Card on Tuesday, October 24. She told me that the rewards center had mailed it to the wrong address and the card would be sent to my new address with 2-3 weeks. However, I WAS TOLD THE EXACT SAME THING (wrong address/card sent) on September 21...and the card didn't show up then, either. Is there anyone else out there who ever received their promised Visa Gift Card? I'm starting to think this promotion is some sort of urban myth.
