Business Contract Renewal: Help!
Hi There,
We've been trying to renew our contract, which has now expired, but with CV-19 it's been very difficult to get through to a representative to help us renew. Our company has been a long-term AT&T customer but our rate just jumped 3x for land line without warning or explaination. (With multiple landlines that get's expensive.) I know this is a mistake but I'm not sure how to remedy it.
How can we talk directly to someone in contract renewal, for landlines, for our small business? Calling in is not working as we can't seem to get to the right department, even with internal call transfers. Doing it by email would be fine too.
We really appreciate the help!
Best regards.

Hi Team,
It looks like the issue was only partly resolved, the contract was renewed and that "stuck" but the promised re-rate did not and we are back to 2x the prior contracted monthly rate (with no other changes/adds) after an initial credit of increased charges.
What am I missing here?
Thanks!
