Engineering and Construction Ticket follow up
I’m hoping to get information on who to contact for follow up on an E/C work ticket placed a month ago. Had a great deal of difficulty getting any information to begin with. Conduit and pull stations are laid, but we cannot get a hold of anyone to pull the fiber. Seems simple enough except new build is ~1500 ft from road. I have the number (likely personal #) for the Louisville Metro Engineering and Construction Manager but have not received any call back (to company or client). Just want a place to contact as this process has been dragging on since Aug and clients have been in home 2+ weeks now with no resolution.
