It would be my pleasure helping you gain access to your online account. I use mine all of the time to stay connected so I can understand the importance.
If you haven’t created an account yet, the first step would be to create one here. Once done you will be prompted to set up an account password. This password can be used to login to your account anytime.

Hey @Ag.alonso,
Thank you for your reply. I talked with our business department regarding the FAN PIN you need to log in. They informed me you will need to call in to customer service. They will create a PIN for you. We will make sure you are able to log into your application; so you can manage your account on the go! You can reach them at 1-800-331-0500. The IVR will ask you to enter your wireless number and get you to one of our business customer service representatives.
I apologize this matter needs to be solved by our customer service team over the phone and not our forums! We have our customers set this up with our representatives for extra security on your account.
