How do we remove the "Spam" label for our business numbers?

We are contacting our members and they will not answer the phone or cancel their membership because our business telephone numbers are displayed as "Spam." How do we remove that label?

I am having the same issue with the outbound numbers from our 9-1-1 center.   Therefore, when we return calls to our FirstNet and ATT wireless users, their devices all indicate "SPAM RISK."

Hi AT&T,

I'm also having the same issue with outbound calls from our newly purchased phone numbers. AT&T customers who receive calls from our new business phone numbers see them flagged as spam. I'd initiate a direct message but don't see a way of doing that when I visit the ATTBusinessForums profile.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi @Wolfoods

If your telephone number is flagged as spam, to get the listing updated- you can submit a request to the Fee Caller Registry online here:

http://sm.att.com/329f4758

This free portal helps entities reach these Analytics Engines that support major wireless carriers in the United States. Please keep in mind, removal is not guaranteed.

Hello,

I work for a Public Health Community Resource Center and we currently are populating as spam like as well. This is causing residents to miss out on resource opportunities...  Would you suggest that I call the Caller Registry or connect with AT&T directly about this ?
