Need landline repair
Hi, I have a landline service connected to a fire alarm panel at a remote site. The fire alarm is sending alerts that the phone line is down. We have confirmed that the line is faulty. I am no longer getting any responses from emails to my AT&T account rep. and I don't have an account to login to AT&T online. If I try to use Express Ticketing it just says "We could not find your Asset ID." I don't know what phone number to call for support. How do I get someone to come fix my phone line?
