Nobody working in att busniess
I've waited over an hour to speak with att busniess to not even be able to speak to anyone. I haven't had a personal rep since 2019. They blame covid but last I checked everyone is back in full work force. And I can't speak with the regular customer service guys because they aren't allowed to work with busniess accounts. I've never had this bad of an issue with them till 2 years. It's almost sueable at this point. To be paying for a service to not receive said service
