Renewing contract
How do I find out if my request to re-term my Business Local Calling package has been received. I renewed online after receiving a letter in the mail. I did this On 2/18/20 and was suppose to receive a confirmation e-mail with in two days. I have never received a confirmation and have gotten another letter in the mail saying to do this.
