Why does movie service have to be so difficult? and service not willing to help.

I've called AT&T customer service ahead of time and spoke with 3 different service reps. Each one has part of the knowledge to move my service and the conversation always drops.  I spoke with 3 people over the phone and 1 online. over the span of 4 hours, trying to relocated my service up until almost midnight and not one of them saved the requested date I mentioned.  I then had to call back the next day and then was told I had to wait another 4 days before I could get the service changed.  I am already upset with these guys because the couldnt even setup the fiber to the address correctly and I already had to wait 10 days from the original first time setup a while back.  SO far AT&T is not even trying to help me.  Paying too much for the speed i signed up for and not even getting the full 300mb thru the fiber. FIBER! I get more speed at half the cost with another provider.  I am just 1 more reason/excuse to cancel my service.  If there wasnt a cancellation fee.  I will cancel right now.  Be wary people out there.  The customer service and services are not worth it.

I have also faced this issue with call support but it got fixed whenever i tried to contact them via email, that's really the best method to get your issue fixed, try it today. beetv
