Wireless Billing Issues
Does anyone have an email address for AT&T to send billing issues to? I have spent at least 4 hours on three different phone calls with AT&T to correct our billing issue. It has not been corrected. In the last hour and a half call, I had to go through the explanation again, the rep had all of the information, she kept putting me on hold while she waited for a manager to approve and disconnected me. She never called back and did not correct our bill. I can't call them again and go through that.
We are a business and ordered three Apple phones about a year ago. We changed our mind and cancelled two of them before we received them. We did not get the two phones but are being charged for them.
