Wireless Business Account
I have been trying to get a wireless business account with AT&T for the a week now. My Client Solutions Executive has been very helpful until now. I submitted an application for 3 phone lines two times.
In respect to the first application, I was advised by my Client Solutions Executive that my business was approved for the three phone lines. A few days later I get an email from AT&T stating that my order was cancelled due to not being able to verify that the order came from me.
The second time, I was advised by my Client Solutions Executive that again my business was approved for the three lines. She also stated that the Fraud Department may be contacting me to verify my business. She stated that she placed another order for the phones that I asked for.
I received a phone call from the Fraud Department. After speaking with them, they stated that they were able to verify my business and that I could proceed with the order.
Later that evening, I received another email stating that my order was cancelled due to not being able to verify that the order came from me.
I spoke with my Client Solutions Executive the next day and advised her of the situation. She stated that she forwarded the issue to the appropriate department and even had it escalated. I provided her my business Dun and Bradstreet information so that it could aid in a form of supporting documentation that would prove that my business is a legitimate business.
Today, I have reached out to my Client Solutions Executive three times. Two times was by phone call and once with text message. I have not received a return phone call nor text message in regards to my situation.
I have no clue on what is going on with my situation. I still want service with AT&T, but this entire ordeal has been a major headache.
