AT&T Fiber Construction/ Engineering Department Contact Number

We were advised that work was being done on our property for AT&T Fiber. Some work was done on our property beginning Dec 14th and never completed. We now have a 5ft x 50ft area of our front yard that remains dirt without grass. Two different companies were out here working on our home and neighbors homes. All work at neighbors homes were completed within 48 hours. They only had about 12-15 inch wide trenches and sod was replaced same or next day. It's been 19 days and our yard looks like a construction zone. It appears they completed their work...however, they never replaced the grass and our property looks terrible. Of the two companies out here working, neither company is taking responsibility for the work! Capital Underground Construction and MasTec. We have called numbers and been told they didn't do it. We called and goes straight to voicemail, leave messages and no response. We sent emails, no response. We need this resolved please.

We are building in a new subdivision in Mansfield TX and the builder has been trying to contact ATT for 3 weeks to move a fiber box of the driveway that needs to be poured.  WHO do we call to get this scheduled ASAP???   This is crazy that a company does NOT provide a phone number for developers and builders to call for support.

Let us know who to call in our area.

Thanks

Ron [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]

Hey @homeowner52, Here's an update after sending your request to POTS department. What you would need to do here is call 811 to have the AT&T landlines marked.

Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for choosing AT&T.

811 is Sunshine and they say they DO NOT mark communication utilities. I had already tried that.

No. No landlines. I am referring to internet fiber cable. Who can mark them, please?
