ATT utility work is messing up my yard for 2+ months
ATT dug up 4 holes in my yard for some cable/repair replacement more than 2 months ago.
There was no warning and no information (reason, scope, duration, etc) provided to me. For most of the 2 months+ there was no real work going on within the holes dug up. Finally last week, they closed up one of the holes. Today they started expanding another hole to more than 10 times its original size! My front yard is a complete mess right now and has been for 2+ months. I do understand ATT have the right to dig holes in the yard for utility related work, but there needs to be some accountability with respect to apprising the home owner on the situation, specifically:
1. Why this is going on for 2+ months and when is it going to be completed(with hardly anything being done in it for most of the time)?
2. Considering the huge mess, how and when are they planning to repair the damage to the yard?
I've had very little luck in contacting the true ATT folks in charge through their myriad customer service numbers (provided by other customer service reps). I would appreciate any pointers.
