Church Needs Internet

I’m trying to contact an engineer in the Lebanon TN area regarding internet availability. Our church sits next to a high school that has internet, yet we have had issues getting the internet to our building. There is a line from ATT already run to Into our building but we have been told it is no longer active. Staff has been told in the past that it would be 45k and $700/mo to get us internet. As a small church this isn’t financially possible or responsible. Could I be put into contact with a local engineer to see what our options are? Thanks!
