damaged concrete when replacing telephone poll
I am trying to get in contact with AT&T construction in Lake Charles, LA. When they replaced a pole in front of my business, they damaged the concrete in my parking lot. I went to the Lake Charles Construction Yard and spoke to the foreman that was over that job and we spoke to a supervisor and he said he would have it taken care of and I have never heard anything. The foreman I spoke to is based in Shreveport/Bossier and was no longer working in Lake Charles the last time I reached out to him. I need this repaired soon and do not know who to contact without personally going back to the Construction Yard which I shouldn't have to do.

Hello @mbfdc1,
AT&T claims are handled through Sedgwick, our claims administrator. If you need to file a new claim, or track an existing claim- call the Claim Center at 855-365-4976. You can also create a login online here: http://sm.att.com/6bde0a66.
For new claims, it is helpful to have the following information:
Location – The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
Photos – Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible, include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage. Photos can be from cameras, cell phones, or other devices.
Once the administrator receives the information, they will assign it to a claims examiner. The examiner will generally contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss the report and get additional information.
