Easement Encroachment
I am working on a project for a school in San Diego that is proposing a perimeter fence that will encroach on an existing Pacific Bell (AT&T) easement. Who/What department can I contact in regards to an encroachment into an AT&T easement?

@ATTBusinessForums - We are looking to relocate existing power poles owned by Oncor and were informed that your line was on the pole as well. The poles are located in Fort Worth, TX. Would you be able to point me in the direction of your engineering department?
