Engineering department north Georgia
Hello. I am attempting to retrieve a contact for the construction department for residential service to an established neighborhood. Currently there is infrastructure/conduit for a dedicated fiber line being ran to a residence in the neighborhood and I am attempting to contact someone about whether residential services will also be available since the infrastructure is in place. There are approximately 80 homes wanting service. Thanks.

we live in the Long Lake subdivision in Cumming, GA. Approximately 8-9 months ago our neighbor ordered new ATT service. The cable has since been across 3 homes and across our yard. ATT has been out four times to bury to no avail. The neighbor with the service says ATT has stopped responding to them. Does anyone have an engineering number?

This looks like a generic reply, I got the same message 10 days back. I am looking for an engineer that can help me on a commercial project. It’s not a residential project. Can someone please help.

Hi @Umar
Yes we understand that this is a commercial project. The engineer has reviewed your request and determined that the work needed on your project would need to go through our Custom Work Order Team (CWO) as this is considered billable work. You can reach them by phone at 1-888-901-2779 or email gen1361@att.com to get started.
