Existing Residential Power/Phone Joint-use Pole Removal

I live in Auburn, CA. and currently in the process of relocating my power and phone/internet lines underground.  PG&E said they will remove their line, but that I would need to contact AT&T to get their wire and then the pole removed.  Not sure what 800 number to call or what automated options to dial...
