I would like to request a Letter of Service Availability
Commercial Development
W 49th St and W 6th Ave

On behalf of our client, we are requesting a utility service availability letter be issued for the proposed commercial development located at the North West corner of W 49th St and W 6th Ave, Hialeah, FL. The parcel numbers are 04-3001-001-0120, 04-3001-013-1420, 04-3001-013-1410, and 04-3001-013-1400.
We are requesting any asbuilts for this location that you may have on file and existing facilities in the area that would serve as connection points for the proposed development.
We would appreciate if you could provide an availability letter for this proposed project, which will confirm AT&T has the appropriate capacity for approximately 3,200 SF Drive-Thru Restaurant proposed on the parcels.
