My church is looking to have a guy wire cantilevered to make room for our new driveway

I am representing my church as we work through the process to design and construct a parking lot and we have found a guy wire in the way of our new proposed driveway. My first action was to contact the local utility to determine if it was one of theirs, but the said, while the pole was theirs, the guy wire belonged to someone else. They suggested I start my search by contacting AT&T to determine if it is your guy wire. The address of the property is:

Jackson, MI 49201

Note: the road was changed last summer from N. Francis St. to N. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., so if you cannot locate the address, that maybe the reason.
